Masalah Laptop  COMPAQ PRESARIO CQ42 - INTEL DUAL CORE ini  tak boleh nak Power-On.

Apabila  jack dari adapter charger Laptop disambung ke connector Laptop. Led indicator adapter power charger langsung tidak menyala dan Laptop lansung tak boleh di Power-On.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Dari pemerhatian pada simptom dan tanda pada kerosakkan Laptop ini, aku suspek masalah mungkin berpunca dari bahagian Power Mosfet serta bahagian I.C chipset PWM motherboard  ataupun pada BIOS.

SOLUTION

Dari pemeriksaan yang dilakukan, didapati ada komponen pada bahagian litar pembahagi kuasa serta I.C chipset PWM motherboard Laptop telah rosak. serta BIOS telah corupt.

Masalah Laptop COMPAQ PRESARIO CQ20 ini, Windows dapat boot dan start macam biasa, tapi  pakai tak sampai 1-5 minit, Laptop Power-Off (shutdown) secara tiba-tiba semasa guna, macam voltage elektrik di cut off  dengan sendiri.

MASALAH

1. Laptop Power-Off (shutdown) secara tiba-tiba semasa guna.

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Pemeriksaan telah dibuat pada motherboard Laptop , dan aku suspek komponen yang bekalkan voltage Vcore pada processor yang menyebabkan masalah shutdown ini.

2. Housing casing Laptop dibuka bagi pemeriksaan untuk memastikan ianya, tiada habuk dan thermal compound berada didalam keadaan yang baik.

SOLUTION

Dari pemeriksaan yang dilakukan didapati komponen yang membekal dan mengawal Vcore telah rosak dan tak stabil, penggantian komponen baru yang disebutkan untuk motherboard dilakukan .

Dan untuk  memastikan masalah telah dibaiki , pemeriksaan dan pengujian stabiliti  Laptop dilakukan menggunakan software Pcmark7 serta HP stabiliti tester.
